We recently had a lady form Deerfield IL bring in her broken Electrolux Vacuum cleaner. The Electrolux Vacuum had a broken neck. We had the new Electrolux vacuum part in stock because we are a factory authorized Electrolux Vacuum cleaner repair center. We gave her a free estimate and performed the repair. now her Electrolux vacuum cleaner is working again.
We had a customer from Deerfield bring in their Dyson vacuum with a bad hose. The Dyson vacuum had poor pick up because the hose had holes in it. We replaced the hose on their dyson vacuum cleaner and now their Dyson vacuum is back to working.
A gal form Wilmette brought her Dyson Vacuum in for repair. Her Dyson Vacuum cleaner had no suction. We determined that there were 3 problems with her Dyson vacuum . Her Dyson vacuum had a clog, dirty filters an the brush was not spinning. We gave her a free estimate to fix her Dyson vacuum cleaner, which she approved. We got her Dyson vacuum back to working irder.
A man from Glenview brought in his Dyson vacuum for repair. his Dyson vacuum had poor pick up and low suction. We performed a free estimate and determined that the brush was worn out and that the filters needed to be cleaned. we performed the work as described and now his Dyson Animal vacuum is workiong again.
A customer from Long Grove brought in her Hoover vacuum with poor pick up. We performed a free estimate and determined that there is a hole in the hose of the Hoover Air Vacuum. We performed the repair by replacing the hose and cleaning her filters. Now here Hoover vacuum is back to working order.
A lady from highland Park brought in here Dyson Vacuum cleaner for repair. Her Dyson vacuum has a broken handle. We ordered a new handle for her Dyson animal vacuum. @ days later we returned her Dyson vacuum in working order.
Our customer form Northbrook brought in their Sebo Vacuum cleaner with poor pick up. The Sebo Felix does not have suction. We determined that the bag was over filled and the pre filter had not been changed in years. We performed a FREE cleaning and tune up, because they bought their Sebo Felix vacuum from us we did not charge them. We also replaced the pre filter and now their Sebo vacuum is working as it should.
Our longtime customers form Highland park brought in their Sebo vacuum cleaner dead. Their Sebo D4 vacuum would not turn on, it had no power. after taking apart the vacuum , we determined that the vacuum was exposed to water, somehow they vacuumed up water or something very wet. Water got into the motor and killed it. We replaced the motor and only asked our customer to pay for the motor, we covered the labor charge because they bought their Sebo vacuum cleaner form us..
The other day a lady brought in her Miele Vacuum cleaner with the cord not retracting, her Miele vacuum would not rewind the cord and her Miele vacuum had no power. We gave her a free estimate to replace the cord reel assembly, which solved both problems. She approved the estimate and today she has a working Miele Tiutan vacuum and we have anothe rhappy customer.
Today a gal form Glencoe brought in her Miele vacuum not turning in. This Miele vacuum had no power. We performed a free estimae and determined that the cord was bad. She approvced the estimate and were able to get her Miele Vacuum repaired the same day.
We have a customer that owns a business in Waukegan and buys all their vacuums form Kritz Vacuum. Today he brought in his Carpet Pro vacuum with no power, the Carpet Pro was dead. Since he bought the Carpet Pro Commercial Vacuum form Kritz Vacuum & Allergy Relief, the repai was done at no charge, he only paid for the parts.
The other day a man walks in the store with his broken Bissell carpet cleaner. When i went over to greet him, it turns out he is the father of an old friend from child, what a pleasant surprise we both had. Anyway, his Bissell Carpet Cleaner was not picking up water. We performed an estimate and determined it was pilot error. The customer was not using the machine properly and did not have it assembled properly. We re assembled the Bissell vacuum and now it works as it should.
We had a past customer bring in their Bissell vacuum cleaner with no suction. Upon inspection and estimating we determoned that they had clogs and dirty filters. We presented an estiomate and they approved it. We went to work on their Bissell pet vacuum right away and now their Bissell vacuum is working again and we have kept another customer coming back.
Yesterday we had a couple form Wilmette bring in their Oreck vacuum for repair. Somehow the Oreck vacuum cleaner came apart while it was being used. So when they brought in their Oreck XL vacuum cleaner it was in several parts and need to be re assembled. Once we had the Oreck vacuum cleaner on the repair bench we saw that a screw was missing form the handle and that a lock bolt on the main body came loose. We put the Oreck vacuum back together and it is working as good as new.
Yesterday a lady form Highland Park brought in her 2 Hoover vacuums for repair. The 1st Hoover self propelled vacuum was dead. This Hoover vacuum will not turn on. We performed a free estimate and determined that the motor was blown and advised the customer that the cost to fix this Hoover vacuum cleaner was greater then the value of that Hoover vacuum cleaner and she should not fix it. The 2nd Hoover vacuum cleaner had a burning smell and poor pick up. This Hoover vacuum cleaner was in better shape and turned out to only need a new belt and filters replaced. Our customer decided to go ahead and have her 2nd Hoover vacuum cleaner fixed.
A lady form Winnetka came into our Miele authorized repair shop with her Miele vacuum that was not standing up. We performed an estimate, which she approved. we replaced the broken parts and re assembled her Miele Vacuum cleaner.

Our loyal customers form Northbrook brought in their Sebo vacuum cleaner with poor pick up and a bad smell. We've known these folks for a few years so we suspected that their 3 German Shepard's had something to do with these problems. We performed a complete cleaning & tune up, we replaced ALL3 filters and brush bar. Now they have a perfectly working Sebo K3 and we have a happy & loyal customer in Northbrook.
We have a customer form Gurnee who brought in their Miele vacuum that smells bad and has poor pick up. We determined that these folks never changed their filters in almost 2 years!!!We presented an estimate for the work needed and got their vacuum back to working order and not stinky. When they returned to pick up their Miele vacuum cleaner, we explained the proper filter change schedule and sent them home with a working Miele vacuum cleaner.
On Saturday we had a customer form Glenview bring in their Dyson vacuum that they had another vacuum repair shop give them an estimate for repair, which they had to pay for ...ouch. They chose not to use the other vacuum repair shop because they felt the estimate was too high. We performed our FREE estimate and presented a proposal. They were shocked by our price, they said we were almost half the p[rice as the other repair shop our Glenview customers went to. We expoplained what we found and the work we needed to do. They approved our estimate and today they have a working Dyson vacuum cleaner and we have a new customer in Glenview.
