We had a repeat customer form Northbrook bring in her Riccar Vacuum with no power...dead! We fixed her Dyson vacuum last week and she was so pleased with our work she brought in the dead Riccar vacuum to see if we could get it working again. The Riccar vacuum was sitting in the basement not being used ever since she got her new Dyson Vacuum Cleaner. Her instructions to us were very clear"do not spend a lot of money to get this working, it is a spear vacuum". We gave her a FREE estimate to replace the cord, which was the solution, and she gladly accepted our estimate and proceed with the repair. Today she has a working Riccar vacuum and we have a loyal customer form Northbrook. A true win-win situation.
