Yesterday a lady form Highland Park brought in her 2 Hoover vacuums for repair. The 1st Hoover self propelled vacuum was dead. This Hoover vacuum will not turn on. We performed a free estimate and determined that the motor was blown and advised the customer that the cost to fix this Hoover vacuum cleaner was greater then the value of that Hoover vacuum cleaner and she should not fix it. The 2nd Hoover vacuum cleaner had a burning smell and poor pick up. This Hoover vacuum cleaner was in better shape and turned out to only need a new belt and filters replaced. Our customer decided to go ahead and have her 2nd Hoover vacuum cleaner fixed.
