Our longtime customers form Highland park brought in their Sebo vacuum cleaner dead. Their Sebo D4 vacuum would not turn on, it had no power. after taking apart the vacuum , we determined that the vacuum was exposed to water, somehow they vacuumed up water or something very wet. Water got into the motor and killed it. We replaced the motor and only asked our customer to pay for the motor, we covered the labor charge because they bought their Sebo vacuum cleaner form us..
