Yesterday we had our royal customers from Glencoe bring in their Sebo K3 vacuum with a bad odor and poor pick up. Their Sebo vacuum is 7 year sold and should not have these problems. However, these folks did NOT bring in their Sebo vacuum for their FREE annual maintenance. When you buy a Sebo vacuum form Kritz Vacuum & Allergy Relief, we send you a post card every year to invite you to bring in your vacuum for a complete tune up and cleaning at no charge. We performed the Tune up & cleaning at no charge, we also changed all 3 filters and the brush bar, now thei vacuum works like new and they are back on track .
