Our customers form Northbrook brought in their 8 year old SEBO Autmoatic X4 dead, no power. Their cleaning person dropped the Sebo X4 down the stairs. Several items were broken and needed to be addresses. The handle was broken, the power switch cracked, the retention lever was cracked and on top of all this, it need new filters and a brush bar. The original estimate would have made this vacuum not worth fixing. HOWEVER, they bought their Sebo Automatic X4 from Kritz Vacuum & Allergy Relief and our customers NEVER pay to have their vacuums serviced by us, when they are bought from us. So what was originally an almost $400 repair only cost our customer $157.59, they were thrilled and we completed the repair in under 5 days.
