Today our customer from Deerfield IL brought in their Sebo K3 vacuum with poor pick up.This Sebo K3 vacuum was purchased at Kritz Vacuum so we performed a complete cleaning and tune up at no charge. We determined the problem was pilot error...our customer just needed a refresher coarse on the Sebo K3 Vacuums features and now our Deerfield Sebo vacuum customer is happy again with their purchaese.
